Famous films like Arabian Nights and Queen of the Desert captured our imagination as well as conjured up romantic images of Arabia. In reality the Arabian Peninsula is indeed majestic and awash with magnificent, awe-inspiring beauty. In this arid paradise mammoth feats in civilization, infrastructural innovation, rich tradition, vivid textiles and elegance were born.
It was this abundant kaleidoscopic tapestry that led Taylor of Traveling Weddings With Taylor to create this epic Arabian Desert-inspired elopement styled shoot. The stunning vistas of the White Sands National Park in New Mexico perfectly emulated the vast sand peaks of the Sahara – simply magical.
This posh styled shoot embodies the essence of Arabian grandeur with strong threads of its culture that was established millennials ago. Taylor’s love of the colors, textures, and fashion in the Middle East, namely Dubai, were the components that brought this shoot to fruition. Brilliant elements such as the flowing gold curtains, Bedouin-style tent, elopement feast and of course, Mitchell the camel, enabled this shoot to truly come-to-life in all of its spectacular hues.
